Program Details

📅 Start Date: Sunday 11 January 2026 (kicks off with the Interclubs sprint triathlon!)
⏳ Duration: 16 weeks through to Busselton 100, Sunday 3 May 2026  
💰 Pricing: $199 upfront* 

*Note: For those with an ongoing training subscription, the Busso100 program is already available to you. 
*Note: Entry to races (including Busselton 100) NOT included in training program fee.  

What’s Included

Coached and Club-Led Training Sessions

✔️ Coached Run session each week led by Sasha Johnson, triathlete, runner and TWA Coach – Improve endurance, speed and technique.

✔️ Club-Led Bike sessions each week – Build power and efficiency with experienced club members.

✔️ Additional group sessions – rides, runs and open water swims – shared weekly on the UWATC Busso 100 Program Facebook group.

Requirements

  • Participants must hold a current Triathlon Australia Standard or Premium membership to join the training sessions (not included in program fees). See Membership page for information. 
  • You should have done, or be capable of doing, a minimum of a sprint triathlon prior to starting the Busso100 program. If you're a club member with less experience than this, have a chat with the committee, and we can work out what's best.
  • If you'd like to join any on-road bike sessions, you must understand the road rules and be able to ride safely. In particular for all club-led (uncoached) sessions, participation is at your own risk.

What to expect 

  • This is a fun, club-run, generic program for members.
  • Keep in mind, it's much cheaper than an individual program, so you'll need to do a bit of your own tailoring to make it perfect for you.
  • If you'd like a custom program, there are lots of professional coaches out there offering these for usually around $200-300 per month - chat to the committee if you need any suggestions on where to look.
